The Flintstones Thermos

Those of us who were born in the 1960s (or earlier!) have fond memories of the cartoon shows of our youth. When we boarded the school bus each morning, we carried with us a lunchbox decorated with the popular animated cartoon characters whose antics we enjoyed watching at home on our TV sets.

The Flintstones were a favorite of many children. If you were lucky, you might have had a Flintstones thermos and lunchbox that was decorated with the images of Fred & Wilma Flintstone, with their sweet daughter, Pebbles. Also pictured were the Flintstones' next door neighbors Barney & Betty Rubble and their son, Bam Bam. Moms and Dads would fill the Flintstones thermos with milk, and pack favorite sandwiches like the good, old peanut butter & jelly sandwich. This type of  lunch was a Yabba Dabba Doo type of lunch!
