The most enthusiastic of the Ghostbusters, Ray Stantz is one of the team's technical experts, along with Egon Spengler. The two also share an interest and knowledge of occult subjects, but are otherwise very different - where Egon is precise and analytical, Ray is energetic and enthusiastic.
Of the four Ghostbusters, Ray shows the greatest enthusiasm for all things occult - of the four Ghostbusters, he's by far the most enthusiastic about his job. Even when the Ghostbusters are going through hard times between the two movies, this fascination with the paranormal continues, as he owns and operates an occult book store when not performing at children's parties with Winston.
As with the rest of the original four Ghostbusters, there have been 20erous releases of Ray figures through the years. Price varies widely by model and condition. Some go for as low as $10, while rarer models still in box might run for over $100.
