The Cabbage Patch Preemie dolls are the smallest baby dolls in the Cabbage Patch doll line. Although they are preemies, not all of them are bald! I can say, from past experience, my daughter enjoyed "collecting" the Cabbage Patch babies and kids which most resembled her. Since she was bald the first (more than!) several months, she loved her Cabbage Patch baby which came with a pacifier and had no hair!
Cabbage Patch Preemie baby girls and boys come with their own birth certificates, and are "adopted" rather than bought. Although my daughter enjoyed the different names that came with the dolls, she ended up calling them by names that she came up with.
Cabbage Patch dolls are so much a part of our society that they have been commemorated by becoming stamps in the United States!
